The full Senate Budget Subcommittee will hear IHSS, SSI/SSP, and CalWORKS on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 10:00 am or upon adjournment of the Senate floor session. The committee staff indicate that they are trying to secure Room 4203 for the hearing.
The Assembly Budget Subcommittee #1 on Health and Human Services made a change in their hearing schedule, and will now hear the budget issues impacting In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS), SSI/SSP, CAPI (Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants) and CalWORKS on May 29th, Thursday, at 1:30 PM at the State Capitol, in Room 4202. Those issues were originally scheduled for May 27th.
